Role Summary
The role of Community Manager at away’s coworking location in Vizag calls for a passionate, dynamic individual skilled in nurturing community spirit and enhancing coworking culture. Key Duties
- Engage actively with members to foster relationships, encourage collaboration, and cultivate a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
- Handle member issues with empathy and professionalism to promote harmony.
- Gather and evaluate member feedback to enhance service quality and overall coworking experience.
- Oversee workspace maintenance, ensuring it remains attractive, functional, and welcoming.
- Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, upkeep, and technology-related needs.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead workspace tours and facilitate smooth onboarding for newcomers.
- Promote member retention by organizing engaging events and personalized outreach.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand member benefits.
- Provide exceptional front office service including visitor reception, call management, mail handling, and scheduling tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Two to three years of experience in community management, hospitality, coworking, or facility administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Telugu is advantageous.
- A warm, approachable demeanor with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable using coworking platforms, CRM systems, and digital productivity tools.
- Good insight into the local Vizag business community and networking capability.
- Strong multitasking, organizational prowess, and vendor coordination skills.
