Role Overview
Far East Organization is hiring a Commercial Laundry Supervisor in Singapore to support the smooth day-to-day running of the laundry section. This role combines hands-on machine operation with team leadership, staff coaching, and workplace housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Support the laundry department’s daily workflow and act as a team lead for the section.
- Run and oversee laundry equipment as required for assigned duties.
- Guide, train, and coach newly joined laundry attendants.
- Follow and reinforce safe work practices throughout the workplace.
- Keep the work area tidy, organised, and clean at all times.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Applicants with operational experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work well within a team while taking on a leadership role.
