About the Role
Representing Informa Markets through Vibes Events, the Commercial Executive will play a pivotal role in advancing sales for WHX Dubai, a premier healthcare event within the EMEA portfolio. This individual will focus on qualifying incoming leads and converting them into strong sales prospects, fostering key relationships and utilizing a methodical approach to expand the client base and nurture long-term collaborations.
Location: Informa Markets – WHX Dubai
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Contract Period: 1 Year, ending 31 July 2027 (Immediate start)
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Weekends off)
Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing activities, landing pages, and paid channels.
- Evaluate each company’s offerings against WHX Dubai’s criteria, considering budget, authority, and readiness.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets, emphasizing lead quality and conversion rates.
- Update Salesforce with comprehensive lead details and qualification scores, ensuring a smooth handover to sales.
- Identify promising new companies and regional growth opportunities for strategic follow-up.
- Assist in reactivating dormant or previously contacted leads within the system.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaign targeting and filtering based on lead quality feedback.
- Provide insights to improve outreach effectiveness and support sales pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in engaging senior figures such as CEOs, Marketing Directors, and Product Leads.
- Skillful in asking qualifying questions and professionally addressing objections.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and proficient data entry skills, preferably experienced with Salesforce CRM.
- Self-driven with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment.
- Knowledge or keen interest in the healthcare, MedTech, or digital health sectors.
- Experience in B2B exhibitions, trade shows, or tele-qualification sales roles is beneficial.
Additional Information
- Immediate commencement is mandatory; the contract lasts until 31 July 2027.
- Applicants must have a valid UAE visa and Emirates ID; Labour Card will be provided upon hiring.
- Possession of valid personal medical insurance is required for Labour Card issuance.
