Collection/Recovery Manager

Overview

Credit Kuber Micro Finance Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), is seeking a dedicated Collection and Recovery Manager. This full-time position is focused on managing collection and recovery operations within the microfinance sector, with target and incentive-based compensation. The work schedule runs from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all collection and recovery activities to meet monthly goals.
• Manage overdue accounts in Buckets 1, 2, and 3 effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Lead and supervise the collections team by providing guidance and monitoring performance.
• Engage customers through telephonic communication and field visits for recovery purposes.
• Maintain comprehensive MIS reports and daily progress tracking of collections.
• Strive to enhance recovery rates while minimizing the overdue portfolio.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in collection processes within NBFC, microfinance, or banking sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
• Capability in team management and motivation.
• Proficiency in collection and recovery strategies.
• Skilled in MS Excel and MIS report preparation.
• Focused on achieving targets with a performance-driven mindset.

Compensation and Additional Information

The salary offered ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 60,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, attractive performance-based incentives are provided to reward achieving targets.
