Collection Executive / Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to manage monthly collections from designated accounts within a specified geographic area. The role demands strict adherence to the company's Credit Policy including terms, limits, and penalty structures while working to maximize recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely monthly collection from assigned accounts in the defined territory.
• Adhere to the organization's prescribed credit guidelines involving terms, limits, and penalty protocols.
• Execute strategies designed by management aimed at increasing successful recoveries of outstanding debts and EMIs from clients.
• Engage with defaulters to negotiate terms such as loan extensions, refinancing solutions, or vehicle repossession to reduce revenue losses for the firm.
