The selected person will receive equity, shape the company’s direction, and be responsible for transforming an existing product into a growing business. The technical base has already been established, so the main focus will be on customers, revenue, fundraising, and scaling the company.
Key responsibilities
- Set the company direction and guide the long-term strategy.
- Own customer acquisition and go-to-market execution.
- Lead fundraising efforts and capital conversations.
- Recruit, organize, and develop the team as the company expands.
Candidate profile
The ideal person has previously launched or grown a business, preferably in SaaS or AI. Strong selling ability and a track record of driving revenue are important, along with comfort working in early-stage uncertainty and leading with clear decision-making.
