Role Overview

We seek a motivated Client Advisor to assist in preparing customized proposals and quotations leveraging our internal database. This position supports the sales, design, and internal teams by acting as a versatile member within the Client Advisory team to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Generate client-specific proposals and quotes accurately using internal resources.
Collaborate across multiple manufacturers and internal departments to maintain and adjust quotations as required.
Provide excellent customer service by integrating system knowledge, sales acumen, product understanding, and problem-solving skills.
Manage time effectively and organize daily tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Entry-level role with opportunities for career advancement.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
Ability to work independently to completion and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
Comfortable with a consistent daily routine and flexible work hours.
