About Saint Laurent
Established in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent introduced luxury ready-to-wear to the fashion world with its 1966 “Rive Gauche” line, helping reshape modern fashion and the wider cultural landscape. Role Purpose
The Client Advisor is expected to contribute directly to store sales and key performance results while delivering a refined, memorable, and consistent experience to both external and internal clients. The role also involves supporting managers and teammates while living the Maison’s standards, values, and brand image at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service before and after the sale to every visitor and client.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and anticipating future requests.
- Develop and maintain a healthy client base that supports repeat business and growth.
- Push personal sales and KPI performance through an entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach.
- Create tailored, versatile, and timeless outfit suggestions that reflect a strong understanding of fashion.
- Represent the brand with honesty, warmth, and a genuine one-to-one connection.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and colleagues.
- Use all available tools and resources effectively to maximize business opportunities.
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to strengthen overall team performance and morale.
- Follow company policies and operational processes consistently.
