नोकरीचे वर्णन
About Saint Laurent
Established in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent became known for pioneering luxury ready-to-wear in 1966 with the “Rive Gauche” line, a collection that helped redefine modern fashion and influence culture more broadly. After the Kering Group acquired the house in 1999, and with Anthony Vaccarello leading the creative direction since April 2016, Saint Laurent has continued to stand at the top end of the luxury market. Its offerings today span women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags, small leather goods, jewellery, scarves, ties, and eyewear.

The Client Advisor plays an important part in driving store revenue and key performance results. The role focuses on creating a refined, memorable, and lasting experience for both external and internal clients while supporting the management team and colleagues in line with the Maison’s values, standards, and brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service before and after the sale to every visitor and client.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding needs, anticipating future requests, and keeping the client at the centre of the experience.

The ideal candidate is open-minded, collaborative, comfortable with technology and new tools, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. A proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to solve problems are essential, along with excellent listening, written, and spoken communication skills in English and the local language. The role also suits someone who welcomes change and sees it as a chance to learn and progress.
