We are seeking a seasoned Client Acquisition Manager holding an SCA license to join a premier financial services firm in Dubai. The role demands a professional with a robust brokerage, trading, investment, or financial market background, adept at securing and nurturing client relationships while fostering business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain enduring relationships with both retail and institutional clients.
• Advocate for investment, brokerage, trading, and wealth management offerings.
• Spot new business prospects and grow the client base consistently.
• Deliver insights on financial markets and offer sound investment advice.
• Ensure adherence to SCA regulations and internal company policies.
• Meet sales and revenue objectives through efficient client management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding customer support.
• Maintain precise client documentation and records.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience within the brokerage sector.
• Possession of a valid SCA license is compulsory.
• Background in financial services, trading, cryptocurrency, or investment fields.
• Proven expertise in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Possession of an existing client database or network is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English accompanied by Arabic or French is required.
