Role Summary

The Cleaner position is a full-time, onsite role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE. Responsibilities include performing daily cleaning duties like sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas within residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. Duties also involve waste disposal, restocking supplies, and the correct application of cleaning agents and equipment adhering to health and safety standards. The role requires adherence to schedules, company policies, and reporting any maintenance concerns or hazards promptly. Depending on client needs, tasks may extend to deep cleaning, disinfection, glass and façade washing, as well as assisting in move-in/out or post-construction cleaning projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient practical skills in surface cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, occupational health standards, material handling, and hazard awareness.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions, maintain cleaning schedules, and deliver consistent quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good physical endurance for standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive task performance over work shifts.
• Strong dependability, effective time management, ability to collaborate in a team, and maintaining a professional demeanor toward clients and colleagues.
• Previous experience in professional cleaning or facility management is advantageous.
• Basic English communication skills required; additional languages common in the UAE are favorable.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as necessary per operational requirements.
