Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned claims-related tasks with minimal oversight from the Assistant Manager.
• Review and monitor claims reports, coordinating with insurers to resolve pending claims swiftly.
• Maintain and update comprehensive claims documentation and records for efficient tracking.
• Follow up with insurance providers to secure any necessary missing documents required for claim settlement.
• Confirm placement details upon loss notifications, ensuring compliance with policy conditions.
• Draft correspondence to insurers and reinsurers to support communication and request essential information.
• Prepare financial closings, such as debit and credit notes, for designated territories accurately and timely.
• Enter claims data systematically into tracking systems for proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure timely receipt of cash call payments pertaining to claims.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related disciplines.
• Have between 2 and 4 years of practical experience in claims handling or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
