Civil Site Engineer

Overview

Vinoth Builders is seeking a seasoned Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential and commercial construction projects located in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to construction drawings, quality benchmarks, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations directly at project sites.
• Interpret and enforce adherence to approved construction plans and drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the broader project team to facilitate smooth construction execution.
• Track and monitor construction progress, quality control, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and cultivate a secure working environment.
• Document and compile daily site reports, progress updates, and material requirements.
• Perform site inspections and resolve any technical challenges during the build phase.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to fulfill project specifications.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 25 and 60 years.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Strong knowledge of civil site supervision, construction project management, safety norms, and drawing interpretation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹50,000, depending on skills and experience.
• Benefits include Provident Fund (PF), travel allowance, petrol allowance, mobile allowance, and opportunities for career progression.
