Chief of Staff - Tech Company

About the Role

Ultimate Peaks is looking for a seasoned Chief of Staff to partner closely with the executive leadership team within a vibrant technology firm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal position is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, overseeing cross-departmental projects, and fostering strong interdepartmental collaboration to support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO and executive leaders in strategizing and executing vital initiatives.
• Oversee and monitor project updates spanning product development, engineering, marketing, and other critical teams.
• Examine operational metrics and compile insightful reports to guide leadership decisions.
• Encourage and maintain clear communication channels among various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure prompt follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Chief of Staff or in a comparable strategic or operational role within a technology company or fast-paced startup setting.
• Strong capabilities in project management and multitasking with excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A data-driven approach with comfort analyzing performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in project collaboration tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or equivalents.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a closely related discipline.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
