About the Role
Our client is a private equity-backed software company transforming the German healthcare industry through technology, data, and operational know-how. As they expand, they are looking to hire a Chief of Staff who will report directly to the Chief Product Technology Officer (CPTO) and support various strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise meetings, prepare agendas, handle decision documents, and monitor follow-ups.
- Lead the prioritization process for all technology projects and subsidiaries to ensure that critical initiatives receive appropriate focus and resources.
- Manage the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework within the technology division, consolidate progress updates, and prepare presentations and reports for board members and private equity stakeholders.
- Oversee headcount and project budgets, proactively detect deviations, and create documents to support decision-making processes.
- Undertake ad-hoc strategic projects as assigned by the CPTO, such as market research, organizational assessments, and vendor analyses.
- Maintain close collaboration with external partners, managing their engagement and ensuring delivery standards align with company expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in roles such as Strategy Manager, Chief of Staff, project lead, or consultancy with a top-tier firm.
- A solid understanding of software and product development processes.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Native or business-level proficiency in both German and English languages.
- Experience within private equity-backed companies or software sectors is a valuable plus.
