About the Role
JohnKim Financial is looking for a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the company's strategic direction, facilitate business growth, and oversee executive management to ensure sustained long-term success. This full-time executive leadership position is based in San Francisco, CA, within the Financial Services, FinTech, and Digital Finance industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the comprehensive corporate strategy and long-term business planning processes.
- Manage and direct executive leadership teams along with critical business divisions.
- Enhance revenue streams, expand market presence, and foster strategic alliances.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance systems.
- Optimize organizational structures to improve operational efficiency and effective business execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors on significant corporate decisions.
- Act as the principal representative of the company in interactions with investors, partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 years in senior management or executive leadership roles.
- Extensive experience within financial services, fintech, banking, investment, digital assets, technology, or closely related fields is preferred.
- Successful track record of leading senior teams and overseeing complex business operations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven experience engaging with Boards, investors, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and corporate administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous roles as CEO, President, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent senior executive positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in building teams, market entries, or driving business transformation initiatives.
- Well-established network potentially including investors, institutional clients, partners, or financial organizations.
- Background in international business management is an advantage.
