About the Role
The Chief Executive Advisor acts as a key strategic consultant to executive leadership, providing expert advice on business growth, operational performance, corporate strategy, financial outcomes, and organizational development. Collaborating closely with the CEO, executive members, and stakeholders, the advisor enables informed decision-making, uncovers new opportunities, manages risks, and helps guide sustainable business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer strategic guidance to the CEO and senior management on planning and business initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements to organizational structures, operational processes, and overall performance.
- Assist in crafting and implementing long-term business strategies and objectives.
- Review financial results and assist leadership in critical business decisions.
- Engage with department heads to ensure alignment between operations and company goals.
- Identify business risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Support corporate activities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic deals as necessary.
- Serve as a communication conduit between executive leadership and primary stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent executive leadership in meetings, negotiations, and special projects when assigned.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and governance standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields; MBA is preferred.
- Significant experience in senior leadership, consulting, or executive advisory roles.
- Proven skills in strategic planning and business analysis.
- Strong financial acumen coupled with operational expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High level of discretion managing confidential information.

- Prior advisory experience with C-suite executives or board members.
