Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Chef with expertise in cooking various styles of Biryani including authentic Hyderabadi, Kolkata, and Lucknowi varieties. The ideal candidate will also be capable of preparing related dishes such as Chicken 65 while strictly adhering to established recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent taste and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare traditional Hyderabadi Biryani using authentic methods.
• Cook Kolkata and Lucknowi Biryani varieties accurately.
• Make Chicken 65 and other related biryani items as required.
• Follow recipes and SOPs meticulously to maintain uniformity in taste and quality daily.
• Apply proper dum cooking techniques, manage marination, rice cooking, spice measurements, and control portions effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking areas at all times.
• Minimize food wastage by careful handling and use of ingredients.
• Prepare orders punctually and operate efficiently during peak hours.
• Maintain consistent presentation, flavor, and quality in all food orders.
• Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month
