Role Overview

The Cashier position at SHAR is a full-time role located onsite in Riyadh. The individual in this role will accurately manage customer payment transactions involving cash, credit cards, and electronic methods while issuing receipts promptly and professionally. Daily responsibilities include reconciling and balancing the cash register, addressing discrepancies with supervisors, assisting customers with billing questions, and maintaining an orderly checkout area. This role demands strict compliance with company policies and confidentiality, along with coordination with finance and operations teams when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven skill in managing cash, including accurate counting and record reconciliation.
• Experience operating point-of-sale systems and payment terminals, along with basic computer usage.
• Excellent communication ability to support customers and collaborate with team members.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability in following procedures, and safeguarding financial data.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Riyadh, including flexible shifts as demanded by operational needs.
• Previous experience in cashier roles, retail, customer service, or administration is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in English and Arabic aids communication with a varied clientele.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; further training in accounting or finance is desirable.
