Cashier

About the Role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a dependable and meticulous Cashier to become part of our finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be entrusted with processing various payment methods, managing cash flow records, and delivering high-quality customer service in support of our daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash, cheques, card payments, and electronic transactions.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and confirmation of payments to customers.
• Reconcile cash balances and maintain daily cash records at shift end.
• Manage petty cash payments and ensure complete documentation.
• Compile daily cash reports for submission to the finance department.
• Ensure timely and precise recording of all financial transactions.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers regarding payment queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial documents and company data.
• Support the accounting team with finance-related and administrative duties as necessary.

Requirements

• High school certificate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• One to three years' experience in cashier duties or comparable financial roles.
• Familiarity with accounting fundamentals and cash handling procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting or billing software.
• Strong numerical skills with an eye for detail.
• Effective communication abilities and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Honest, reliable, and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in work.
