Car Technician

Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Car Technician with a minimum of four years working within the OEM sector. The ideal candidate should possess an ITI or Diploma qualification and hold a valid driving license for both two and four-wheelers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving job leads from the assigned Team Leader for timely vehicle servicing.
• Conducting thorough evaluations and diagnosing problems in vehicles effectively.
• Visiting customer locations to perform detailed inspections of cars.
• Capturing and uploading clear images of car parts to the company application for record-keeping and analysis.
• Ensuring accurate and prompt submission of inspection and service reports via the app.
• Providing reliable cost estimates for vehicle repairs.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle components including chassis, body panels, paint, engine, clutch, gearbox, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Able to interpret and understand basic English instructions and documentation.
