Job Overview

This position is within the Outsourcing Subcontractor (Assembly and Test) Management division, reporting directly to the Capacity Planning Manager. The role focuses on managing ST's capacity bookings with outsourcing subcontractors (OSAT), ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and dynamically allocating resources across external production sites.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with OSAT partners for assigned product portfolios, managing capacity and material bookings.
• Coordinate Control Tower meetings to align demand and availability through collaborative review sessions.
• Monitor capacity saturation levels at subcontractors and project spending based on thorough analysis.
• Drive subcontractors to address capacity or material shortages proactively.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Operations Teams to synchronize demand forecasts with daily execution plans.
• Support technical and quality teams during new equipment ramp-ups.
• Gather market intelligence on capacity availability trends.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with OSATs while directing them to achieve key performance indicators aligned with ST's goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerBI for data analysis.
• Self-driven with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while demonstrating accountability and problem-solving consistency.
• Team-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent numerical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
