Responsibilities

The Campus Services Manager will oversee the delivery of soft services including custodial, cafeteria, front-of-house, logistics, and event support, ensuring operations align with university standards and service level agreements (SLAs). The role focuses on enhancing the campus experience through user-centric service delivery and continuous improvement.

• Manage day-to-day campus services ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational requirements.
• Support implementation of service delivery models, standards, SOPs, KPIs, and mobilization activities for operational readiness.
• Monitor service performance, gather user feedback, review operational data, and produce reports on SLA compliance.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and suggest improvements.
• Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of campus service delivery.
• Supervise service teams and ensure compliance with health, safety, and institutional policies.
• Coordinate food service hygiene, venue bookings, event setups, and general hospitality operations.
• Perform routine inspections of campus facilities and address service requests and complaints.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in facilities or campus services management focused on soft services.
• Proven expertise managing custodial, catering, front-of-house, logistics, and event support operations.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and monitoring service delivery against SLAs.
• Strong skills in vendor management, service quality monitoring, inspection, and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks, plan and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to supervise teams and maintain positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Adaptable to fast-paced campus environments and effective problem-solving aptitude.
