Cafe Staff

Role Overview

As a Cafe Staff member, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, assisting in food preparation, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in an open kitchen setting. You will also handle billing systems and monitor inventory levels while communicating effectively in basic English. Training on product knowledge will be provided upon selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders, suggest menu options, and effectively upsell.
• Prepare and assemble food items like waffles and pancakes for serving.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained within the open kitchen.
• Use basic computer skills to operate the billing system.
• Monitor and update stock and inventory levels.
• Prepare beverages such as milkshakes and coolers with required knowledge.

Working Hours

Shift-based schedule with 9-hour shifts: males work the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM, females work the morning shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum education: SSC, HSC, or Graduate level.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Experience range from no prior experience up to 2 years.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between ₹11,000 and ₹13,000 plus store incentives.
