Position Summary

The Butler role serves as the primary representative of this tradition, delivering highly personalized, creative, and original experiences to guests. This position entails crafting bespoke services throughout the guest journey—from pre-arrival and check-in, through the stay, and at departure—coordinating closely with hotel departments including overseeing Butler Valets and ensuring readiness of all supporting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored services to meet the unique requirements of each guest.
• Collaborate with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Supervise efforts of Butler Valets and validate support from other related teams.
• Establish strong rapport with guests by anticipating their needs proactively.
• Maintain a professional appearance and always present communications and conduct aligned with St. Regis’s standards.
• Commit to upholding safety protocols, company policies, and quality benchmarks.
• Be physically active and mobile during shifts, including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational attainment: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least six months of related work experience in a relevant setting.
• No prior supervisory experience or special certifications required.
