Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Setup Advisor to operate full-time from our Dubai office. The role entails advising clients on the complete business formation journey, including assessing needs, explaining jurisdiction and license types, and preparing necessary paperwork. Daily tasks involve client consultations, liaison with government and free zone entities, monitoring application progress, and ensuring smooth completion of company setups, license renewals, and related PRO tasks. Additionally, maintaining precise records, addressing client queries, collaborating with internal teams to optimize procedures, and supporting marketing efforts for business setup services are integral to the position.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 3 years' experience in business setup, company formation, sales, or similar areas.
• Good understanding of UAE company formation nuances including Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions, licensing frameworks, and visa protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective client engagement, document management, and coordination with governmental bodies.
• Strong aptitude for follow-up and meeting sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Familiarity with UAE business laws, licensing procedures, and PRO services, preferably with experience in Dubai or the broader UAE region.
• Capability to analyze client demands and provide appropriate business setup recommendations.
