Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations for real-world asset (RWA) products including minting, redemption, and reconciliation processes.
- Participate in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and custody teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify existing process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
- Conduct basic data tracking and analysis to inform operational decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to operational workflows driven by SOPs.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Keen interest in cryptocurrency, real-world assets, or financial markets.
- Previous internship experience within fintech, banking, or consulting sectors.
- Basic knowledge of financial product operations.
