Role Overview

We are expanding and seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to accelerate our growth. This critical position engages with leading professionals in the construction sector, schedules meetings with qualified leads, and influences our sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients
• Qualify potential leads and build opportunities for Account Executives
• Develop persuasive outreach content across phone, email, and social platforms
• Arrange discovery meetings and product demonstrations
• Meticulously document activities in CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies, scripts, and optimize performance
• Engage in competitive team challenges to exceed activity and meeting targets
• Participate actively in coaching sessions, role-playing, and constructive feedback

• Maintain 350–500 weekly outreach touchpoints (calls, emails, social media)
• Make at least 75 cold calls daily
• Book a minimum of 4 meetings weekly with qualified prospects
• Add over 50 new qualified leads to the sales pipeline every week
