Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our parts cleaning solutions sector, focusing on industrial SME customers within a designated area. This role requires extensive field activity with the goal of helping clients operate more safely, efficiently, and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into new business through effective field meetings and proactive prospecting.
- Manage all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to closing, using a structured methodology.
- Collaborate closely with branch and support teams in person to deliver seamlessly coordinated customer service.
- Develop a robust pipeline of new customers and consistently achieve sales targets with professionalism and integrity.
- Leverage AI and CRM tools to prioritize leads, qualify prospects, and maintain up-to-date sales pipelines.
- Plan daily activities strategically to optimize productivity and momentum within the sales territory.

Compensation and Benefits
- Uncapped commission with on-target earnings ranging between £70,000 and £100,000 annually.
- Competitive base salary from £35,000 to £40,000 per year.

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in new business development within field sales, especially B2B sectors.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and resilient approach.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
