Business Development Manager - Employment Services

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager experienced in Employment Services to join our team based in Orange, NSW. This permanent, full-time position involves actively engaging with employers and promoting employment opportunities for Indigenous job seekers in the Central West region including Orange, Dubbo, and Bathurst.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with employers across the Orange, Dubbo, and Bathurst areas.
• Drive job placements and support sustainable employment outcomes for Indigenous candidates.
• Promote a no-cost recruitment service to local businesses to facilitate employment connections.
• Collaborate closely with Employment Consultants to develop meaningful career pathways for candidates.
• Travel across the designated regions using a company vehicle provided for work purposes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $85,000 AUD plus 14% superannuation.
