Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to lead and energize our insurance advisor team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting insurance advisors to maximize their productivity while ensuring that business goals are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding, and activation of insurance advisor personnel.
• Drive the performance and productivity of advisors to meet set business objectives.
• Regular field visits to guide, coach, and mentor advisors effectively.
• Track and analyze sales metrics including persistency and quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and internal company policies.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with customers and advisors alike.
• Implement sales campaigns and expand market presence within the allocated region.
• Compile, evaluate, and manage reports, sales forecasts, and strategic action plans.

Compensation

The salary package ranges from INR 33,000 to INR 76,666 per month based on performance and experience.
