Role Overview
The Business Development Lead will drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business prospects, nurturing client partnerships, and managing client relationships within Integra's suite of IT services and products. This position demands a commercially astute individual with a solid grasp of technology and the ability to clearly present complex IT solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek out and generate new business opportunities primarily in the financial services sector and other relevant markets.
- Oversee the entire sales process including lead acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Establish and uphold lasting relationships with clients and their key stakeholders.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Integra's solutions to tailor offerings effectively to client needs.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and performance data through CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry functions, client meetings, and networking events.
- Supply market insights and customer feedback useful for continuous product and service enhancement.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in IT sales, technology consulting, or business-to-business sales.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Knowledgeable about enterprise software, IT services, or financial technology solutions is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven with capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software.
- Preparedness to travel for client consultations and business engagements.
