Job Overview

• Receive generated leads and oversee acquisition processes from first contact through agreement signing.
• Contribute to keeping millions connected daily by managing client relations within the German market.
• Proactively source, engage, and develop relationships with property owners and landlords in Germany.
• Conduct remote assessments of properties, manage objections, and occasionally travel for key meetings locally.
• Maintain important site data using specialized software to support business expansion and client satisfaction.
• Post-probation, the position follows a hybrid schedule with two remote days and three days on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills are crucial to operate effectively in German-speaking regions.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong time management capabilities, and high initiative levels are essential.
• Negotiation abilities will significantly benefit this role.
• Possession of a valid Irish driving licence is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of €35,000 with up to €20,000 in commission potential.
