About the Role
We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and create qualified sales leads for our Account Executives. This position focuses on prospecting, cold outreach, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings with key decision-makers across India, the US, and the APAC region. It offers a valuable pathway for individuals eager to engage with potential clients, master consultative selling techniques, and advance within a SaaS sales career.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop outbound leads utilizing cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads following ideal customer criteria.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain prospect databases using CRM and sales intelligence platforms.
- Consistently follow up with prospects through structured outreach sequences.
- Ensure precise record-keeping of CRM activities and logs.
- Achieve monthly goals for outreach, qualified meetings, and pipeline generation.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 7 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, inside sales, telesales, or SaaS sales environments.
- Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written, especially in English.
- Proficiency and confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Strong abilities in email writing and lead prospecting.
- Capability to manage multiple outreach campaigns concurrently.
- Experience with tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn for sales prospecting.
- Self-driven, organized, and focused on meeting targets.
- Prior experience in selling SaaS or B2B technology products is advantageous.

- Quantity of outbound engagement initiatives completed.

- Generation of sales-qualified opportunities.
- Contribution to the sales pipeline.
