Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive candidate to take on the roles of Business Development Executive, Investment Manager, and Portfolio Manager in Pune, Maharashtra. This position focuses on client interaction, lead management, and sales closure, requiring strong communication skills and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct phone conversations effectively with prospective clients and customers.
- Persistently follow up on leads to close sales within the designated sales cycle, including coordinating site visits.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective customers through multiple channels such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls to nurture leads.
- Continuously track and evaluate personal performance metrics like conversion rates, average revenue generated, and revenue per sale; simultaneously contribute to overall team performance.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this role ranges from INR 21,000 to INR 43,000.
