You will be contributing to Sparkle.io, our comprehensive Outbound Sales automation platform that consolidates tools for audience discovery, lead generation, and deal closure into a single solution.

Key Duties
- Develop and maintain targeted lead lists using tools such as Apollo.io through thorough market and competitor research.
- Plan and execute outbound email campaigns customized to prospects to drive qualified leads, while monitoring and optimizing email engagement metrics.
- Manage cold outreach initiatives via email and LinkedIn including tailored follow-up sequences to nurture conversations.
- Keep CRM data accurate and current by managing contacts, outreach status, and engagement information.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and provide insights to refine outreach strategies in collaboration with the Growth Team.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and lead qualification criteria and participate in strategy improvement sessions.
- Generate reports on lead generation efforts, campaign performance, and prospect activity, adjusting tactics based on data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and Snov.io.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and email marketing solutions.
- Skill in crafting personalized outreach emails and sequences.
- Excellent research capabilities to identify decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical ability to evaluate outreach metrics and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
