Role Overview
Flashline EMS Pvt Ltd is seeking two Business Development Associates to join their expanding team, one position based in Bangalore and the other in Hyderabad. This full-time opportunity offers a hybrid or fully remote working arrangement.
Core Responsibilities
- Identifying and generating new leads as well as acquiring new customers.
- Maintaining strong communication channels and performing effective follow-ups.
- Fostering and building new customer relationships and identifying business growth possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- A solid experience of 3 to 5 years in business development roles.
- Prior exposure to Electronics, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), or manufacturing sectors will be considered an asset.
