Role Overview
- Analyze existing legacy systems to uncover inefficiencies and areas for enhancement
- Convert business requirements into practical and technical solutions
- Drive program success by implementing effective solutions aligned with goals
- Produce thorough documentation including detailed requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) materials
- Translate abstract concepts into precise business requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in business analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating complex systems and proposing improvement strategies
- Excellent communication skills for bridging business needs and technical specifications
- Proficient in preparing requirement documentation and managing UAT processes
- Adept at collaborating with program and project teams to achieve objectives
