About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst dedicated to assessing business operations, discovering enhancement opportunities, and facilitating data-supported decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into practical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret business requirements and convert them into clear, actionable documents
- Perform research, map processes, and document workflows comprehensively
- Detect gaps in systems or procedures and recommend improvements
- Work jointly with cross-departmental teams to enable project execution
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for management review
- Assess project results ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Support data evaluation and decision-making employing multiple analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Between 2 to 4 years in a Business Analyst or equivalent position
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in gathering requirements and documenting them thoroughly
- Experienced in data analysis with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relations
- Capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment and managing several tasks concurrently
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
- Exposure to process optimization methods like Lean and Six Sigma
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong aptitude for creating presentations and detailed reports
