Role Overview

We seek a motivated Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in digital product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in accessibility and technology, working proactively to lead teams, manage testing processes, and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver outstanding digital services.

This position requires excellent listening and communication skills, coupled with a logical and creative approach to problem-solving. Candidates should have experience engaging various stakeholders and working within agile digital delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client business groups and internal product management teams to understand business needs and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Critically evaluate requirements to ensure alignment with project and organizational objectives.
• Participate actively within Agile delivery teams, performing standard Business Analyst duties.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to facilitate efficient development workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the delivery team, clarifying requirements and fostering productive relationships with engineering, development, and QA teams.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders by presenting possible solutions, designs, technical feedback, user experience insights, and delivery options.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to capture user needs and requirements through methods such as workshops and structured interviews.
• Competence in modeling business processes using frameworks like Business Process Modeling, Use Case modeling, or User Story development.
• Experience structuring business or product analysis using techniques such as SWOT or MOST analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery throughout software project or service development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in writing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Practical experience working within Agile Scrum teams delivering software products.
• Genuine interest in technology with insight into real-world applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
• Pragmatic mindset capable of interpreting client needs and refining project requirements accordingly.
• Understanding of the dynamics within technology development teams.
