Business Analyst

About the Role

Premier Spaces SAS is recruiting a meticulous Business Analyst to assess organizational operations, uncover areas for enhancement, and facilitate insights that guide strategic choices. This role requires close partnership with various stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into practical business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and convert business demands into precise, actionable requirements
• Perform detailed research, create process flow maps, and document existing workflows
• Detect deficiencies within systems or processes and suggest appropriate enhancements
• Partner with diverse teams to aid the deployment of projects
• Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for leadership review
• Assess project results to confirm they align with organizational objectives
• Assist decision-making by performing data analysis through various software tools

Qualifications

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Between two to four years of experience in the Business Analyst capacity or a comparable role
• Advanced analytical capabilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills
• Experience in compiling and documenting detailed business requirements
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong communication skills and aptitude for managing multiple stakeholders
• Competence in thriving within dynamic environments while juggling several tasks

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum working methodologies
• Experience utilizing process optimization strategies like Lean or Six Sigma
• Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle practices
• Capable of producing well-structured presentations and detailed reporting
