About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure passengers reach their destinations safely, punctually, and comfortably.
• Manage ticket sales and verification onboard.
• Provide excellent customer care by addressing inquiries and maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee technical readiness of the buses and assist with training new colleagues.
• Occasionally support rail replacement services as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably holds a professional driver qualification and a Class D or DE driving license.
• Demonstrates strong customer focus, reliability, and loyalty.
• Enjoys interacting with people and works well within teams.
• Willing to work in shifts.
