Building Inspector

Overview

We are seeking experienced Building Inspectors for a reputed company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The opportunity is open exclusively to candidates from India. This role requires professionals with a background in ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting inspections at construction sites, verifying adherence to safety regulations and construction standards, evaluating structural integrity, interpreting blueprints, and assessing risks. They must ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have a BE/B.Tech degree, Diploma, or relevant certification in a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar building inspection role is required.

Employment Terms

• Contract duration: 2 years
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
