Brauer und Mälzer (m/w/d)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Brewer and Maltster for a fixed-term position at our brewery located in Wernigerode (Hasseröder Service GmbH). This entry-level role involves a range of responsibilities essential to the brewing process and support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological sampling within the brewing technology processes.
• Manage raw materials and auxiliary substances used in brewing.
• Provide support for VPO systems, including tasks performed partially in English.
• Participate in and support various projects related to brewing operations.
• Assist with maintenance measures and perform repairs independently as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a Brewer or Maltster, or equivalent professional experience.
• Possibly some practical experience in the brewing field.
• Capable of independent, responsible, and flexible teamwork-oriented work.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends as required.
