Job Overview

As the Brand & Experiences Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive brand experience encompassing events, social media, and executive presence. Your role involves crafting exclusive, memorable broker engagements and premium activations that feel more like private celebrations than conventional industry conferences. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will shape perceptions of AI insurance innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead event strategies for major industry conferences and proprietary hosted events, elevating fragmented marketing efforts into exceptional experiences for critical distribution partners.
• Oversee executive social media narratives and steer the company's overarching content approach to amplify the brand’s distinct voice across digital platforms with a consistent visual and verbal identity.
• Coordinate and direct creative agencies and contractors across multiple disciplines to produce superior video, web, and broker-targeted collateral that surpasses industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses over 5 years of experience in brand, experiential, or field marketing, preferably in fast-growing B2B, fintech, or luxury hospitality sectors where meticulous attention to detail and ambiance is vital.
• Exhibits exceptional creative aesthetics and the capability to manage six-figure budgets and intricate event logistics from conception to successful execution.
• Is proficient with AI-enhanced tools such as Figma and thrives under high-pressure, dynamic conditions with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

Work Location

This position is based in New York, NY, with opportunities also in San Francisco, USA.

Compensation and Equity

The salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually, complemented by equity participation.
