Responsibilities

• Create and maintain digital 3D building models using up-to-date CAD software.
• Develop models and plans utilizing Autodesk Revit.
• Review models for quality, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines and BIM standards.
• Extract quantities from digital models to support cost estimation, work preparation, and tender processes.

Requirements

Applicants should be proficient in digital 3D-modeling of building structures and experienced with Autodesk Revit. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards and BIM protocols are essential. The role demands collaboration to provide reliable data for project costing and scheduling.
