Bid Manager

Overview

Mtoag Technologies is seeking a proficient Bid Manager to oversee the entire bidding and proposal process for IT projects on international marketplaces. This full-time role, based in Jaipur, involves targeting IT service opportunities and crafting competitive bids to win projects globally.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of bidding processes for IT projects.
• Spotting relevant opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
• Creating and submitting well-crafted, competitive proposals and project bids.
• Collaborating with technical teams to align proposals with client needs.
• Liaising with sales, business development, and project teams to put together compelling bids.
• Monitoring performance of bids and keeping detailed records of all submissions.
• Engaging clients to clarify project requirements and following up post submission.
• Ensuring prompt delivery of RFPs, RFQs, and other proposals to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining a high success rate for proposal conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project bidding and proposal management.
• Exceptional proposal writing and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
• Understanding of IT service domains like Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, and software solutions.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and create tailored proposals.
• Strong client interaction, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related area.

Additional Information

The role is based onsite at Jaipur, Rajasthan. The candidate should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience within the IT services industry. The focus is on managing bids across various global platforms and ensuring a smooth proposal pipeline from opportunity identification to submission and client follow-up.
