Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Market resumes of bench consultants including CPT, OPT, H1, and Green Card holders to various job openings.
• Engage with candidates and prime vendors through calls, presenting consultants professionally, negotiating, and finalizing contractual agreements.
• Manage candidate status by tracking bench arrivals and ensuring their resumes are updated and ready for marketing.
• Regularly post and update candidate resumes on prominent job boards.
• Search job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, to identify relevant roles for consultants and maintain communications with existing contacts.
• Frequent outreach to clients and vendors to understand requirements and submit candidate profiles accordingly.
• Negotiate rates during resume submissions and provide timely interview feedback to vendors.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain a well-organized candidate interview pipeline.
• Participate in weekly meetings with supervisors to review progress, update statuses, and manage candidate submissions and job requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruiting.
• Strong skills in negotiation and communication.
• Willingness to work onsite at the office location.
• Availability for night shift hours from 7 PM to 4 AM IST.
