Beauty and Wellness Social Media and Content Creator

About the Role

Join an emerging clean beauty brand specializing in hormone-safe, skincare-first self-tanning products, soon expanding into wellness. This position offers remote work with flexible part-time or full-time hours and focuses on growing and managing the brand's presence on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape and adjust content strategies across multiple social media platforms, including new and emerging ones.
• Manage and update a comprehensive monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Develop and propose innovative and trendy content ideas weekly that align with brand identity.
• Serve as the on-camera face of the brand, producing authentic user-generated content without heavy production.
• Leverage AI tools for creating photography and video content to enhance and scale production.
• Oversee end-to-end content production: planning, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Handle daily social media community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages to cultivate genuine relationships.
• Drive growth metrics including follower count, reach, engagement, and social-commerce sales, utilizing TikTok Lives and shoppable content features.
• Analyze and report social media performance weekly and monthly, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable appearing on camera regularly and confident in self-filming to create engaging content.
• Passionate about beauty and wellness with knowledge of related products and trends.
• Alignment with a female-focused brand image and voice.
• Experience or quick adaptability with AI-based content creation tools and editing software.
• Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook accounts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage detailed content calendars and meet weekly targets independently.
• Creative and strategic thinker capable of generating fresh social media ideas aligned with current trends.
• Excellent communication skills for remote and asynchronous teamwork across time zones.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM MST.

Compensation: USD $10-$12 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
