Key Responsibilities

• Foster strong and lasting connections with customers by sharing knowledge, maintaining a positive attitude, and delivering outstanding service.
• Promote the Beauty Pass loyalty program to customers, ensuring they take advantage of exclusive deals and benefits.
• Inform customers about availability of products through our online platform and mobile app.
• Maintain a professional appearance representing the brand, adhering to uniform and makeup standards.
• Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering expert guidance in makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories.
• Process transactions accurately and courteously at the cashier counter.
• Comply with loyalty program policies, assisting customers with Birthday and Welcome Gift redemptions.
• Contribute to store upkeep by restocking shelves, cleaning fixtures, and verifying product conditions.
• Participate in inventory management activities to reduce shrinkage and keep stockroom organized.

Knowledge Development

Beauty Advisors shall be trusted consultants recognized by customers. Ongoing training and self-learning opportunities will be provided to enhance your knowledge beyond pricing and promotions, allowing expert advice on product selection, suitability, and effectiveness.
